Hi Aspirants of SSC CPO 2018 Exam,
New Year has arrived and so is the SSC Annual Calendar for the Exams to be held in the year 2018-19. The first exam in the pipeline is SSC CPO Paper I 2018, which is tentatively to be notified in the month of March 2018. Those who are eagerly waiting for the exam it is very important for them to know the exam pattern generally followed by SSC for SSC CPO Paper I.
Although one can come to know by joining any SSC COACHING IN CHENNAI yet it is very important to have the knowledge of the same before joining any institute.
The SSC CPO exam is conducted in two stages – Paper I and Paper II. After you crack both the Papers, there is a compulsory Physical Endurance Test before you join the post. The merit is derived on the basis of SSC CPO Paper I and II and so does the selection of a candidate.
Paper I is divided into four parts and Paper II is an English Language test.

- Both papers I and II will have Objective Type questions.
- Questions will be set bilingual i.e both in Hindi and English in Parts A, B and C of Paper I.
- Both Paper I and Paper II will have negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- You are advised to answer carefully before marking it finally or else you will be losing marks for the right answers to some extent.
- Paper II is of qualifying nature but cut – off marks vary according to the merit of the appearing candidates.
- An additional stage may be added in case the need arises and it is usually mentioned in the official notifications of the previous years. Commission can make any such changes and candidates have to follow the same.
